Oh, do we ever. 2pm-6pm, 7 days a week. We offer full sized portions at Happy Hour price!
Any vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free options?
Of course. From Mediterranean Vegan Sourdough Pasta to gluten-free buns, we’ve got plenty. Ask your server for the allergen menu — we’re happy to guide you.
Kid-friendly? Really?
Yep. Kids love us — maybe it’s the grilled cheese, maybe it’s the mac & cheese. Either way, we’ve got a menu built for families.
Why is there a 5% Cooks Commission on my check?
100% of this commission goes to our extraordinary culinarians who every day make our Sourdough Pasta, Prime Hamburgs and Scratch Bar Garnishes: 70% Cooks/Pasta, 14% Warewasher, 9% Chef, 7% Sous (if Chef or Sous Chef is absent, their commission goes to the Chef or Sous Chef on duty).

Can I buy your spirits?
Absolutely. Every cocktail we pour features our own Northwest Spirits. Stop by the Woodinville tasting room or shop bottles online — perfect for gifting or home mixing.

Is this a good place for date night?

Is there accessible seating?
Yes. All of our locations follow ADA compliance regulations and are designed to provide accessible entry and seating options. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let our team know when you arrive (or note it with your reservation) and we will gladly accommodate you.

Outdoor seating?
Yes — seasonally at both locations, first come, first served. Sunshine, cocktails, and sourdough… name a better trio.
Do you allow animals inside your restaurants?
In compliance with Department of Public Health regulations, we do not allow animals inside our restaurants, with the exception of Service Animals trained to perform specific tasks. For more information on the definition and requirements of a Service Animal, please visit the ADA website here.
Do you accept reservations?
Every Von’s location is a little different — here’s how to plan your visit.
Von’s Seattle is walk-in only. No reservation needed! Instead, you can join our waitlist virtually and arrive just in time to be seated. You can join the waitlist up to 90 minutes prior to when you would like to dine with us.
Joining the waitlist is easy.
Here’s how it works based on party size:
- Up to 10 guests: Join our waitlist through the OpenTable app (mobile users only) or give us a call (press 1 when the greeting starts) and we’ll be happy to assist.
- 11–15 guests: Give us a call and we’ll do our best to get your group taken care of.
- 16+ guests: We’d love to host your group! Visit our Private Events page to get the conversation started.
Von’s Woodinville accepts reservations through OpenTable. Simply select your preferred date, time, and party size to book your table. We also keep a few seats open at the bar for walk-ins whenever possible.

Do you host private events?
We do! Each of our locations offers a unique setting for memorable gatherings.
Von’s Seattle features a dedicated private dining room perfect for meetings, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, and cocktail-style celebrations — with customizable menus and full bar service. Private events are available Monday through Thursday only.
- Fall, Winter & Spring (September after Labor Day through May): Available for groups up to 60 guests.
- Summer (June through Labor Day): Available for groups up to 24 guests.

In Woodinville, our sister distillery Northwest Spirits offers an intimate tasting room experience perfect for smaller gatherings, celebrations, and hosted cocktail events in the heart of wine country.
Full restaurant buyouts are also available at select locations for larger events.

Are you showing the matches?
We’ll have the matches playing on our TVs throughout the tournament. We’re not a dedicated soccer bar, so don’t expect a watch party atmosphere, but you’re welcome to pull up a seat and enjoy the game alongside a Scratch Martini and some good food.
Can I take my drink to go?
While Seattle has relaxed some open container rules in designated areas this summer, Von’s keeps it simple: all drinks stay on the premises. We think the best sips are the ones enjoyed right here anyway.
Is the bar 21+?
The bar area is 21+ and valid ID is required to be seated there. That said, all ages are welcome throughout the rest of our space. Bring the whole crew.
Which IDs Do You Accept?
We follow Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board guidelines for acceptable identification. Common forms include a driver’s license, passport, or military ID. For the full list, visit lcb.wa.gov/enforcement/acceptable-identification.
Are there public restrooms nearby? (Von's Seattle)
Von’s restrooms are available for guests dining or drinking with us. If you need a public option in Downtown Seattle, the nearest facilities are on the Waterfront Park promenade near Pier 57/58, just a short walk down the hill. They’re new, staffed, and open late during summer months.
